So it begins…

wgnoble.jpgDear friends! Thank you for coming! In my first post my purpose will be to explain the concept of the page and give a short description of myself.

My name is William Noble. My country is the United States, but the Philippines has been my home for the past four years.I hope to deliver this blog as a ministry as others have done before me. This December I will graduate from Liberty University . After graduating, my hope is to be a pastor for Assembly of God here at Word of Hope . The first blogs will thus give a base of hope by explaining the fundamental truths.

Today’s world is like and unlike many of the recent past years. The falling US economy, the rise in fuel costs, the rise in terrorism and violent crime, and the decay of the environment describes our world today. Furthermore, society in itself has changed as more “rights” are given to gays and marriage is in a vast decay. Despite the turbulent storm clouds, there is still hope!

Man needs hope in order to survive. Man needs hope in order to face these challenges instead of being ruled by them. And so, may those who are lost be able to find the light of hope in these pages. This blog may be controversial in some areas, but salt is sometimes the best preservative. Your own stories can provide great strength to others. As this blog goes on, please contribute to its success by active participation.

If there are questions or issues be sure to post them. If anyone has a particular issue that you would like to ask, please let me know. Thank you for your time. Tomorrow I will post in more length.
